Mounatin Gorillas are the biggest ground dwelling and most powerful primates which  live in high altitude montane and bambou forest of virunga massif shared by Rwanda,RDC and Uganda,the  two isolated areas and important biodiversity hotsport in Africa.

The Gorillas tracking experience is done once a day for one hour of contact with these majestic creatures  and is the  most beautful and memorable experience that you could never forget  in your life Due to limit number of tourists per visiting day and  per group,advance booking is required.  If visitors are more interested,they can track different groups in more days ,but  each extra day,  additional permit is required. Walking hours varies depending on different reasons which include the location of gorilla Family,location Sharpness ,physical fitness of tourist and their speed. 

Other option activities that tourists can do in Volcanoes National Park include: Golden monkeys , Bisoke crater lake and  Dian Fossey Tomb, an American biologist who dedicated her life for studying these mountain Gorillas since 967  to 98 when she died  and burried from there.
